Earn Points - Purchases

When making purchases at a participating dealer be sure to notify the associate you have a H.O.G. membership.  Purchases include Motorclothes, Parts, and Services.

Depending on the merchandise system the dealer uses, the process may be slightly different from the instructions here.  For every dollar spent, you earn 4 points.

View H.O.G. membership details on HD App:

1. From the Home Screen select your orange membership card.
2. On your H-D Membership screen, there are 2 options above your card
   • Member ID - Displays your name and H.O.G. ID
   • Email - displays the email associated with your membership
3. Provide either Member ID or Email to the associate 
4. Dealers may also be able to just scan the bar code assigned to your Member ID or Email.  If this is their preferred method, present the bar code to the associate for scanning
5. If you forget to notify the associate of your H.O.G. membership or if the dealer uses a merchandise system that doesn't notify H-D of your purchase, contact Member Services at 1-800-258-2464 directly with your receipt within 60 days of your purchase.
