Ladies of Harley

Ladies of Harley (LOH) is a component of H.O.G. that encourages ladies to become more involved.  Any lady that is a member of H.O.G. can be a Ladie of Harley member, you do not have to ride your own bike just have a love of motorcycles and the adventure that comes with them.

As part of the Des Moines H.O.G. Chapter #2253, here are a few ladies focused events (although we do allow the men to be included):

Winter Activities:

Bring Your Thing (BYT) Day

A full day for Ladies to chat and craft at the same time.  Whatever your "thing" is (scrapbook, sew, crochet, knit, color, puzzles, etc) join a fun group of ladies for the day

Spa Day

All ladies like to be pampered. Twice a year we gather on a Saturday morning for a little pampering. Kick off the riding season with beautiful feet or bling out your nails.  Then wrap up the riding season by refreshing those tired feet and hands.

Holiday Sock Exchange

The ladies come together with holiday themed socks filled to the top with goodies.  Play fun games together to see which goodies you are going home with.

Dinner Rides:

Who doesn't love to eat and ride?  These are rides to a restaurant that are planned and led by an LOH member.  We also encourage ladies to fill in as mid and sweep.

Nestled in between curves and hills in Boonville MO, we visited where the Budweiser Clydesdales are bred and raised.
