LOH Bring Your Thing Day (BYT)

Event date:
Saturday, January 22, 2022 - 08:30 to 16:00

8:30 am to 4:00 pm HOG Room - Big Barn Harley-Davidson

A full day for us LOH gals to socialize and craft at the same time.  So "Bring Your Thing" -- maybe you love to scrapbook, sew, crochet, knit, your adult coloring books or bring any project!

Cost: $10.00 per person to help cover the costs of Breakfast and Lunch.

Event Details:

We have several ladies that love to scrapbook and have decided what a great way to have a LOH day.  But then thought -- why only scrapbook?  You can bring anything you want to do that day.

We will have 10 of the round tables set up divided into 2 spaces each or 3 spaces each depending on how much space you need - so you have room to spread out your "thing" you are working on for the day.  If you don't need the table space you are welcome to come and sit anywhere you like (remember those chairs might get uncomfortable for 8 hours - so bring a cushion or your own chair if you like).

We will have a puzzle table and game table set up -- for anyone wanting to take a break from the "thing" you brought or for those that want to join in on the fun bought don't have a "thing to bring".  We will have a buffet table set up near an outlet for any electrical needs -- such as your "Cricut Machine" etc.

Door Prizes will be drawn throughout the day.

Breakfast will be a light breakfast of coffee cake or bagels, fruit, yogurt and OJ, coffee.   Lunch will be a hot meal in the crockpot.   Please feel free to bring a snack to share with everyone and your own beverages for the day.

RSVP:

Please text or call Deb at 515-689-4902 to reserve your spot.  Let her know if you will need 1/2 a table, a 1/3 of a table or don't need a table at all).  It is very important that you RSVP to Deb directly since there are limited number of spots available.

Closed Event: Chapter activities are conducted primarily for the benefit of H.O.G. Chapter members. Closed Events are those events open to Chapter members and one guest per member.
