Road Captain Meeting

 Join Byron for a great ride out to the Dew Drop Inn, where the journey is just as important as the destination. Once we arrive, we’ll grab some food, relax, and take some time to go over important Road Captain essentials—including duties, waiver forms, the HOGScan check-in process, and key H.O.G. policies outlined in the Chapter Handbook and Charter.

We’ll also take this opportunity to review upcoming Spring and Summer activities, open the floor for discussion, answer questions, and build out the ride calendar together.

Interested in becoming a Road Captain? This is a perfect chance to learn more. We’re always looking to grow our team—not just Road Captains, but also Mid and Sweep riders who play a critical role in supporting safe and organized rides. Serving as a Mid or Sweep is a great first step toward becoming a Road Captain.

Disclaimer:

Both members and non-members should check in with the road captain/event coordinator as soon as they arrive to the meeting location/event.  It is required that the non-member riders and passengers sign-in and sign the release waiver to participate in the chapter event.  Per our chapter charter, and for insurance reasons, we are required to have 1 more registered member over the guest count(i.e. 15 members and 14 guests) at an event.  In the event that we do not meet these guidelines the road captain or event coordinator will ask the last guest to sign in, who were not pre-registered on DSMHOG.COM, to not participate in this event.
